JGraph Layout Pro - Automatically draw workflows, BPM, graphs and networks

Example Application Usage

  • Within a workflow editor or flowchart there is a direction to the graph, the hierarchical layout can be used to this natural "flow". The JGraph Layout Pro hierarchical layout determines the start and end points of the graph and produces intelligent positioning between these points.
  • The relationship of links between Internet pages, a social network, tables in a visual database schema or bonds in a chemical structure are best represented by drawing connected nodes closer together. The organic layouts in JGraph Layout Pro use this behaviour to pull related nodes together whilst maintaining a attractive spacing between all nodes.
  • An organisational chart of employees in a company is a example of a tree layout. A tree starts with a root node and spreads out into wider levels underneath. JGraph Layout Pro provides a tree layout, a compact tree layout to minimize space and a radial tree layout that positions the root at the centre of the layout and children nodes in concentric circles around their parents.
  • Some applications do not require the nodes to be repositioned, but the connecting lines need to be more attractively routed to avoid them overlapping cells and make them easier to follow. JGraph Layout Pro provides, for example, parallel routing for separating lines between the same nodes and orthogonal edge routing that routes edge using the shortest path to their destination using horizontal and vertical line segments.
