Information collected on this site will not be sold, shared or
rented to anyone outside of JGraph Ltd.
Order
We request information from customers on our order form when
purchases are made. Here customers must provide contact information
(like name and shipping address) and financial information (like
credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for
billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have
trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get
in touch with a customer. The data collected is the minimum required
in order to effectively conduct business with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the customer’s hard
drive containing information about the user. For instance, by
setting a cookie on our site, the browser will remember your login to the
JGraph.com forum and tracker. Cookies are stored on the customer’s
computer only. We have no access to their content.
IP addresses
The IP address on the computer the user is using is available to
the site administrators on the developer forums and in some internal
system logs. No collection of data is made on these addresses that
are stored on our systems. IP addresses are not linked to personally
identifiable information in any way. IP address
information may be used to block users on a particular IP address
who have repeated breached the usage conditions on the developer
forums, or are consuming excessive bandwidth from the JGraph site.
Mailing Lists
JGraph.com offers mailing lists that users may subscribe to in order
to receive information relating to technical updates to the our software
products. We will never use these mailing lists as sales channels, the
only commercial content will be licensing and major pricing changes. We will
never give your email address to any other party and each email you
receive will contain simple details of how to unsubscribe to those emails.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’
information. The only part of the web site that requests you enter
sensitive information (such as credit card number)
is the ordering site. For online orders we use Share-it, specialists
in online software ordering. They provide the highest grade of security
in their systems and we have ensured that their privacy policy allows
you to receive nothing from them by email, other than the minimum
necessary to complete your order.
Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form on the web site, we will email
you back using the email address you provide. For longer-term enquiries,
such as evaluation requests, we may send one further email to inquiry after
your progress and to offer assistance. If you do not reply, we will not
email you on the subject any further.
Other
We reserve the right to repeat comments about our products made in
communications with us for marketing purposes.
